  • For Component 1 “Transnational partnerships for Employment and Growth”:
    On the territory of the Member States of the European Union.
  • For Component 2 “Danube partnerships for Employment and Growth”:
    On the territory of the Member States of the European Union within the region of the Danube river, according to the European strategy for the Danube region: Germany (federal provinces Baden-Württemberg and Bavaria), Austria, Slovakia, the Czech Republic, Hungary, Slovenia, Croatia, Romania and Bulgaria.

The procedure aims to improve interregional and transnational cooperation between partners from member states of the EU by transfer and implementation of social innovations, best practices, and partner’s approaches to find solutions to common problems, build specific skills for partnership et al., in the following areas:

  • Labour market and quality of working places;
  • Social inclusion and fight against poverty, healthcare, equal opportunities and non- discrimination, working conditions;
  • Building of administrative capacity in the above areas.

Within the procedure, each project proposal must be linked to an investment priority(s). Special attention should be paid that each investment priority is characterized by specific eligible applicants/partners, specific objective and target group, and their compliance is an eligibility criteria.
It is therefore very important when choosing an investment priority these features to be considered by providing a complete synergy between Applicants/Partners, investment priority, specific objective and target group.

The thematic objectives and the related with them investment priorities (IP) of the Operational Programme “Human Resources Development” 2014-2020 described in the attached documents (see call page below) are entirely valid for both components of this procedure.

Eligibility dates: shall be completed by 31.12.2018.
